With over 20 years experience delivering authentic Asian cuisine, we are delighted to have Cheryl Tio as our head chef. Having previously bought her skills to the legendary Funki Sushi & Cheryl’s Sushi, If you’ve enjoyed a taste of Asia on the South Coast there’s every chance Cheryl’s masterful hands were behind it. You may even recognise Cheryl from her appearance on Masterchef The Professionals, where her signature dishes won acclaim from the likes of Gregg Wallace, Michelin-starred Marcus Wareing and chef Monica Galetti.
